This work began as a personal ‘experiment’ - following through on a commitment to understanding the parts of myself I’d spent years managing, minimising, or ignoring.

As a coach and facilitator, I knew how to help others. But it wasn’t until I turned inward that I truly met the hidden parts of me.

When I did, I found stories that had protected me - but no longer served me. And with this work, I was able to give those stories a home.
